Aldi set to be first UK supermarket to sell Glowberry flavour Prime

Sharpen your elbows and get ready to face the crowds as Aldi is set to launch the brand new Glowberry flavour of Prime hydration drink in a UK supermarket first.

The drink will hit the shelves on Thursday 5th October as a Specialbuy and you’ll be able to get your hands on one for just £1.99. But move quickly if you want to be in with a chance of trying the new flavour because, like all Specialbuys, when they’re gone they’re gone.

The Glowberry flavour of Prime hydration has been a huge hit in the US but until now it’s not been widely available in supermarkets in the UK so chances are these bottles won’t be on the shelves for long. Prime fanatics should also keep their eyes peeled for the ‘rare’ and ‘ultra rare’ variants of the new flavour which, as the names suggest, will be pretty scarce but super popular.

PRIME GLOWBERRY Is This The Best Flavor Yet?

But what even is Glowberry flavour? Well, it apparently tastes of sour apple berries, although it’s also been described as a mix of Ice Pop and Meta Moon with a touch of Tropical Punch.

Either way, it’s made with 10% coconut water and contains electrolytes, antioxidants, BCAAs, and B Vitamins for a tasty hit of hydration. It’s also a pretty healthy option, with zero sugar and just 20 calories per bottle.

So if you fancy trying to get your hands on a bottle (and Aldi are limiting purchases to 1 bottle per person) then make sure to get down to your local Aldi bright and early on the 5th October to try your luck.
