The weather might be letting us down, but Barebells is doing its best to help UK fans feel at least somewhat summery.
As of today, the number of flavours in the Swedish brand’s ice cream-inspired protein bar series has doubled, with the addition of Raspberry Gelato.
The creamy, classic and undoubtedly moreish variety follows hot on the heels of Strawberry Sundae, bringing even more dessert-inspired indulgence to the brand’s Soft Bar range.

Introducing Barebells Raspberry Gelato
It might not be ice cream, but Barebells has pulled out all the stops to ensure it tastes pretty close.
Each Raspberry Gelato bar features creamy vanilla dough and sweet raspberry flavour, layered with a ripple of raspberry sauce and wrapped in a silky-smooth white chocolate coating.
As for the macros, they’re certainly more impressive than those of traditional gelato. Per bar, you can expect 16g of protein, 8g of fat, 19g of carbohydrates, just 2.4g of sugar (with none added), and 198 calories.
