Newcomer Creatime Combines Creatine & Protein in One Hybrid Bar

Creatime Makes Its Debut With a Unique Creatine-Protein Combo

Variety is never in question when it comes to protein bars. Layered, wafer, soft core, wholefood or otherwise, there’s plenty to sink your teeth into if you’re craving something tasty yet functional.

Stealing the headlines in a category more crowded than a gym floor at 6pm takes some doing. Simply proclaiming to have the best-tasting bar out there will no longer take the cake; a true USP is what’s required to make an impact.

And Creatime has certainly captured our attention with its debut release. The noisy newcomer has just launched a hybrid Creatine Protein Bar, fusing plenty of the muscle-building macronutrient with the industry’s most studied, yet often undervalued, supplement.

Here’s why it’s one to watch in 2026.

Introducing Creatime

Despite this sounding like a gym bro’s dream combo — and it is — Creatime isn’t solely focusing on heavy lifters.

Increased athletic performance is certainly within its remit, but the fledgling brand is keen to show off creatine’s utility to a wider audience.

It’s no secret that creatine can benefit strength gains and the kind of explosive power output that’s ideal in the weights room.

However, more recent studies have linked the compound to enhanced cognitive performance, reduced bone loss, and even improved memory recall when sleep deprived.

For certain demographics, such as postmenopausal women, it can also help counteract age-related declines in these areas signalled by hormonal shifts.

So, while Creatime still very much wears a sports performance hat, the brand’s founders, Milo O’Donohoe and Tom Glynn, are keen to help people view creatine through a different lens.

“The first and most important (reason for launching Creatime) was that we wanted to help more people experience the full benefits of creatine,” said Milo.

“It’s one of the most researched and effective supplements on the planet, yet still so few people actually use it.

“With decades of evidence demonstrating its benefits not only for strength and muscle growth but also for brain function, recovery, and bone health, the science has become impossible to ignore.

“If we can help more people understand and feel those benefits, whether through our bars or other formats, that’s a win in our eyes.”

The name Creatime can be broken down into two parts: creatine, anytime. That catchphrase denotes the brand’s mission to kill two powders with one bar, making both creatine and protein supplementation on the go simple and mess-free.

Inside the Bar

So, what’s actually in Creatime’s new bars? Each serving delivers 15g of protein via a blend of hydrolysed bovine collagen and milk, soy, and whey protein isolates.

The latter three are all complete protein sources, while collagen dials in benefits for skin, hair, joint health, and bone strength.

There’s also 3g of creatine in every bar, putting Creatime in line with the widely accepted gold-standard daily dose of between 3-5g.

Fat and carbs stay moderate at around 3g and 16g respectively, while the sugar count is kept at a respectable 1g.

Salted Caramel, Cookie Crunch, Creamy Raspberry, and Triple Choc are the flavours that make up the launch menu. Each one clocks in at a maximum of 144 calories, despite offering an indulgent fix.

Creatime is well aware of the controversy surrounding alternative formats of creatine, namely gummies. To ensure full transparency, every batch of the bars is tested for creatine content, macronutrients, and traces of heavy metals.

What’s on the label, it says, is exactly what you’re getting.

If you want to sample Creatime’s intriguing new innovation, 12-bar boxes are available via its online store, with prices starting at £2.48 per bar.
