Everything You Need to Know About LilyLifts

If you’ve spent any time on GymTok, there’s a very good chance LilyLifts has already popped up on your feed.

She’s known for lifting seriously heavy, taking the mick out of her 5ft 1in height, and generally making gym content (and the gym in general) feel a lot more fun and a lot less intimidating.

And with a huge following across TikTok and Instagram, she’s become one of the UK fitness creators people genuinely seem to love watching.

There’s a lot more to her than the clips that land on your FYP, though.

So, here’s everything you need to know about LilyLifts.

She’s 5ft 1in and owns it

LilyLifts is actually Lily White, and she turned 27 in August 2026.

She’s also just 5ft 1in, which has become a running joke in a lot of her content. Lily regularly leans into the realities of being a short girl in the gym, whether that’s struggling with equipment setups or simply making fun of how tiny she looks next to everyone else.

She weighs around 63kg, but she doesn’t really keep a close eye on the scales. For her, the focus is much more on getting stronger, performing well in the gym, and building muscle.

LilyLifts started with gym anxiety

Lily might look completely at home in the gym now, but she hasn’t always felt that way.

She’s spoken openly about struggling with gym anxiety, particularly when it came to training in male dominated spaces. But as she spent more time in the gym and grew in confidence, that gradually started to change.

And it’s something that still comes through in the content she makes today. A lot of her videos show the friendlier side of gym culture, from supportive interactions with other people to encouraging anyone who might still feel nervous walking into the weights section.

Her following is huge

LilyLifts started sharing fitness content while she was at university in 2021, and since then her audience has grown massively.

She now has more than 1.1 million followers on TikTok and over 1.4 million on Instagram, which gives you a pretty good idea of just how far she’s come.

She’s a Gymshark athlete

LilyLifts is also a Gymshark athlete, and the partnership has become a big part of her fitness career.

She appears in Gymshark content, has worked with the brand on events, and also has her own Gymshark discount code, LILY10.

The Night Club

One of Lily’s biggest projects away from her usual gym content is The Night Club.

She founded the women’s running community to help women feel safer and more confident running after dark.

What started with a small group meeting in Battersea Park has since grown into a much bigger community, with Lily using it to highlight the reality of running alone as a woman and give people the chance to run together instead.

In 2026, Lily and Gymshark also took The Night Club on a global run tour, bringing women together for events in different cities.

She keeps things fun

Lily clearly takes her training seriously, but she has a lot of fun with the content she makes around it.

Alongside the heavy lifts and workout videos, you’ll find jokes about being short, videos with her partner, and loads of those everyday gym moments that are actually fun to watch.

She also regularly shares supportive interactions in the gym and encourages people who might still feel nervous about training, which is seriously nice to see.

And with more than two million followers across her biggest platforms, a Gymshark partnership, and her own running community, LilyLifts has come a long way from those early days of feeling nervous in the gym.
