In a recent video with Men’s Health, Josh opened up about how hard he went with training as he took on CrossFit but after tearing a peck bench pressing he decided that going all out and lifting as heavy as possible was not the right journey for him. Transitioning into more HIIT, boxing and Tabata type workouts he now enjoys getting in his reps and taking it 1-1 with the heavy bag.

As a warm up Josh prefers to hit the punch bag or speed bag rather than grinding it out on the treadmill. Feeling like it’s more of a mental pressure vs the bag and feeling each and every vibration from punch thrown it helps him get his mind and body set for a big workout.

Heading into a typical workout he starts off with kettlebell swings and movements including cleans and figure of 8’s. Compound lifts are next on the lift where he enjoys classic lifts like deadlifts and military presses.

Other typical exercises include T-Bar rows, push ups and pull ups which really helps shape that full body physique. Watching how Josh trains you can certainly see he loves every bit of the grind and is a total inspiration for those who are wanting to change their life by losing large amounts of weight.
