Is Ashton Hall Natural? Let’s Find out
Just a quarter of the way into 2025, and it’s already starting to feel like the year belongs to Ashton Hall.
The American influencer has taken the internet by storm with his now-iconic morning routine – a meme-worthy mashup of face dunks, banana skin rubs, and a lot of Saratoga water.
Since February, his Instagram following has more than doubled – rocketing from 6 million to just shy of 15 million in a matter of months.
Across platforms, his content is pulling in over a billion views a month. Whether they’re tuning in for inspiration or irony, people simply can’t look away.
But behind the cobalt-blue bottles, balaclava-clad runs, and 5am alarms, there’s one question the internet just can’t stop asking: Is Ashton Hall natural?
Here’s what he’s had to say…
Is Ashton Hall Natural?
Being labelled a “fake natty” has become a rite of passage for any online fitness creator – but some get thrust under the spotlight more than others.

Ashton Hall’s physique is catnip for the doubters. With towering traps, cannonball delts, barrel-thick arms, and a body fat percentage that looks well under 10%, he’s in the kind of shape that screams elite genetics – the type only a tiny fraction of lifters will ever possess.
So, is it achievable naturally? Let’s weigh up both sides of the argument – and then dive into what Ashton has to say for himself.
Is Ashton Hall Natural? Pros
Before blowing up online, Ashton Hall played college football as a running back for Alcorn State. And if there’s one thing we know about football guys – especially at the collegiate level – it’s that they’re built different. Powerful, explosive, and genetically gifted.
To even get a shot on the field, you need serious fast-twitch muscle fibers, and Ashton’s physique certainly fits the bill – even if his sporting career didn’t make headlines.
His lifestyle also leaves little room for doubt. If his viral routines are anything to go by, he’s up early, trains like a machine, avoids alcohol, eats clean (served by a mystery entourage), and stays religiously hydrated – shoutout Saratoga water.
Is Ashton Hall Natural? Cons
The transformation from age 23 to now? Wild. We’re talking over 35lbs of muscle gained while simultaneously stripping away body fat – the kind of body recomposition that raises eyebrows even in elite circles.
And while he’s clearly lifting weights, his content is also packed with sprints, HIIT, and explosive training – not exactly a textbook mass-building formula.
Even IFBB pro and YouTube truth-teller Greg Doucette weighed in: “He looks like Superman chasing a train – like Ben Johnson, only with double the muscle and more athletic than half the guys in the NFL. All while doing HIIT cardio? Really?”
Is Ashton Hall Natural? Here’s What He Says…
According to Ashton himself, the answer is a firm yes.
He describes himself as a lifelong natural, claiming he’s never touched steroids or anything “juicy.” Those monster arms? He chalks them up to an early obsession with bench press.
“When I was fifteen, I went into 9th grade benching 185,” he said. “By the end of the year, I was pushing 300lbs.”
Believe him or not, one thing’s clear: Ashton has been shifting serious weight from a young age. Maybe it really is just elite genetics… or maybe that Saratoga water hits different.
