Popular YouTuber Joe Fazer has recently uploaded a video to his 1.2 million subscribers, showing us what he eats in a day. If you’ve been wondering about Joe Fazer’s Bulking diet of 4500 calories, wonder no more. Joe starts the video explaining that most of his viewers know him as the ‘skinny kid trying to get bigger’ and goes on to further explain how eating allowed him to make the huge transformation that he did.
He states that he has tried many different diets over the years, including diets that made him put on body fats and diets that didn’t help with mass at all. After a lot of trial and error, Joe believes he has now found a diet that works for him. Now that he is the strongest and most aesthetic that he has ever been, Joe preaches this new found diet and how he enjoys every single meal.
To start his day, Joe likes to drink 1L of water and consume 7 rashers of bacon with 4 large scrambled eggs. Meal 2 is the well-known bodybuilder meal consisting of chicken, broccoli and rice, which he washes down with a pepsi max. For meal 3, Joe consumes 2 chicken wraps with cheese and sauce.
Joe understands the importance of enjoying your food, and allows himself one ‘fun food’ for his snack, which is any chocolate bar he fancies from his local corner shop. This also acts as his pre-workout as he then heads to the gym for his training session. As a post workout, he enjoys a big bowl of cereal with a protein shake.
For dinner, Joe Fazer creates a huge meal consisting of sirloin steak, white pasta and cheese. Although not the most aesthetic, Joe does try and his subscribers that it is very tasty. To finish the day off, Joe has a hot chocolate, protein bar and greens drink as a way of making up for his lack of vegetables.
