Known as the super ripped fitness influencer Mike Thurston reveals physique changes he has had over the years and what factors changed his shape and what sacrifices he had to make when bodybuilding.
It’s not always been a smooth ride for Mike Thurston with failed business ventures, fallouts with friends and even moving back in with his Dad when he was 24 years old. Opening up on his past he admits to being unhappy and binge eating during his darkest times in 2017.
Failed Business
Everything was going well for Mike Thurston with his own gym, personal training clients, incredible physique and enough money to live a reasonable lifestyle. This was until he fell out with his friend and business partner which saw him leave his own gym and move back in with his family.
During this time Mike admits to feeling unhappy which led to him eating fast food and feeling like he was in a vicious circle of eating poorly and waking up miserable.
The Mission
Sitting at home with little money and no clear career path he picked up his vlogging camera and got to work. Creating a lifestyle and physique that he wanted would eventually lead to him being able to travel the world, being incredibly popular and making more money than he could have ever imagined.

All of these changes definitely impacted his body. Once a super hard 6x training plan per week to become a bodybuilder has now been considered overtraining by the man himself. Now he finds the balance of working out to look good, keeping his organs healthy and balancing all of this with business and pleasure.
Mike is now happy with his physique and so he should be! Shredded from head to toe he is now considered one of the best bodies in the fitness influencer industry.
