Nutry Nuts is preparing to launch its seventh flavour, and it’s a genuine first for the brand. Cookies & Cream will be the first Nutry Nuts Protein Cup that isn’t built around a nut butter filling.
A New Direction For Nutry Nuts
Every previous Nutry Nuts flavour – from the original Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter through to Pistachio, Double Choc Hazelnut, and Salted Caramel – has centred on a nut butter core.
Cookies & Cream breaks that mould entirely, swapping the nut butter for a smooth, creamy milk-based filling loaded with crunchy cookie pieces, all wrapped in the brand’s signature milk chocolate.
In a LinkedIn announcement post, Co-founder Mario Niszler said the brand had held off on launching the flavour for a long time, having tried multiple versions over the years before landing on one that properly captured the classic cookies-and-cream taste.
Nutry Nuts Cookies & Cream: The Key Stats
According to Niszler, Cookies & Cream will deliver 12g of protein across its two-cup pack and will stay true to the brand’s low-sugar approach.
While the exact calorie figures haven’t been confirmed just yet, the rest of the range typically sits between 220 and 240 calories per pack, so we expect Cookies & Cream to fall within a similar range.
When can you get hold of Cookies & Cream?
Nutry Nuts hasn’t confirmed an exact release date yet, but Cookies & Cream is officially on its way.
Niszler has also said he believes it has the potential to become the brand’s best-selling flavour, overtaking the original Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter, which has held that title for over six years.
