Craving Complete Hydration? Read Our Honest Take On Kollo Health Electrolytes+
Hydration is the word on everyone’s lips at the moment, but for different people, it’s come to mean different things.
For me, it used to mean remembering to drink enough water while I was sitting at my desk. But as I’ve leaned further into my fitness, it’s now an entirely different prospect.
I run most days and split my training between strength work and HYROX-style conditioning, which means hydration is now a non-negotiable part of my daily performance.
That’s where supplements come into the equation. Like most, I started taking electrolyte sachets to keep my mind and body sharp with the increased load.
But after a quick bit of research, I soon realised that a lot of blends out there sit comfortably in the “light wellness” category – and by that, I mean they’re pretty weakly dosed.
My search for a complete hydration formula – one that could keep pace with my lifestyle – led me to Kollo Health Electrolytes+.
I already use (and love) Kollo’s Liquid Marine Collagen sachets, so I’m no stranger to the brand. I was, however, intrigued to see whether its take on hydration could match the high bar it has set elsewhere.
With that in mind, I grabbed myself some sachets and put them to the test. Here’s my honest review of Kollo Health’s complete hydration mix.
Introducing Kollo Health
Before we move on to my experience with Kollo Health Electrolytes+, I always like to start my reviews by sharing a little bit about the brand.
Kollo Health was founded in 2020 by Jenni Falconer, a TV and radio broadcaster, avid marathon runner and host of the RunPod podcast.
She started the brand to create supplements grounded in evidence, made with high-quality ingredients, and developed with care and integrity – just as they should be.
While Kollo Health started in collagen, its range now includes Pure Creatine, Balance+ (menopause support), Flex+ (joint support), and, of course, Electrolytes+.
We’ll get into the exact formulation shortly, but Kollo’s Electrolytes+ is designed to quite literally blow weak lifestyle blends out of the water.
Promising real, complete hydration, it packs strong doses of all six essential electrolytes plus plenty of functional extras into easy-to-use rip-and-pour sachets.
My Review of Kollo Health’s Complete Hydration Formula
As always, I’m going to break this review down into a few manageable gulps, grading Electrolytes+ against several key criteria:
- Formulation
- Taste and Mixability
- Results
- Value for Money
I’ll finish off by giving you all the details on where you can find the product – and how to save on your first subscription.
Formulation
When I say this is a complete hydration supplement, I really mean it.
Google the recommended electrolyte content for a hydration mix worth its salt (pun fully intended) and you’ll be shocked by how many miss the mark.
The hydration category is more crowded than ever, yet I’d say with confidence, there aren’t many brands doing things quite like Kollo.
If you’re training hard, running often or simply looking for a supplement that actually moves the needle, you can’t go far wrong with Electrolytes+.
Each sachet packs in a hefty 800mg of Himalayan pink salt alongside all six essential electrolytes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride and phosphate.

In other words, everything your body needs to replace what’s lost through sweat and maintain optimal fluid balance.
The magnesium comes courtesy of Aquamin® MgAG, a premium marine-derived source containing more than 70 naturally occurring trace minerals.
Beyond electrolytes, Kollo has also added vitamin C, four B vitamins, and 100% NRV of zinc to support energy, immunity, and overall well-being.
The formula is sugar-free, vegan-friendly and gluten-free, making it suitable for pretty much any dietary preference.
Most importantly, this is not your standard underdosed token effort dressed up in glossy packaging. Every ingredient feels purposeful, and every dosage feels like it’s there for a reason.
Taste & Mixability
Electrolytes+ is available in four flavours: Raspberry, Lemon & Lime, Orange and Tropical.
All four are sweetened with stevia and natural flavourings, so there’s nothing artificial lurking behind the label. More importantly, every single one tastes fantastic – that’s not something I say lightly when it comes to electrolyte products.
If I had to pick a favourite, Raspberry takes the crown. It’s smooth, refreshing and makes for the ideal post-workout drink.

Kollo has managed to strike that difficult balance where the formula is sweet enough to mask the saltiness, but not so sweet that it leaves you wincing after every sip.
Given how much is packed into each sachet, I expected mixability to be an issue. As a general rule of thumb, the higher the dosage, the more difficult it becomes to dissolve every last grain.
You can either stir or shake a sachet through 500ml of water. It did require slightly more mixing than some electrolyte products I’ve used previously, but everything dissolved without much trouble.
In any case, those extra few shakes or stirs are absolutely worth it for the end result.
Results
Taste means very little if it isn’t paired with results.
After scanning the label, I had high hopes for Electrolytes+, and thankfully, I wasn’t let down.
I compete in HYROX, which means I sweat. A lot. Most weeks are split between strength training, functional fitness sessions and long runs, so staying on top of hydration is non-negotiable.

Kollo’s Electrolytes+ proved to be the perfect tonic.
It’s light, easy on the stomach and a joy to drink before or after a long run, consistently leaving me feeling fresh, energised and, perhaps most importantly, cramp-free.
I’ve even found myself reaching for it on rest days – not necessarily because I need the hydration support, but because it seems to help me bounce back faster between sessions and stay mentally sharp while I’m working or editing content.
The promise here is complete hydration, and that’s exactly what Kollo delivers. This is a formula that does precisely what it’s supposed to do, and that’s rarer than you might think.
Value for Money
Prices start at £19.99 for a box of 14 sachets, or £33.98 for a month’s supply when you subscribe.
Now, Kollo certainly isn’t the cheapest brand on the market, but there’s a good reason for that.
As I mentioned, I’m something of a Kollo stan. I also use the brand’s Premium Marine Liquid Collagen sachets and, much like this Electrolytes+ formula, they simply deliver.
Kollo consistently focuses on top-tier ingredients, meaningful dosages and products that produce tangible results. Ultimately, that’s what you’re paying for when you buy a supplement.
Anyone can create a cheap formula. Far fewer can create one that genuinely works.
From my experience so far, Kollo has yet to let me down. Electrolytes+ earns its premium price tag and, for that reason, I have no hesitation in saying it represents excellent value for money.
