Spacegoods: Not Your Average Energy Supplement

Inflation is hitting harder than ever. Starbucks is charging £10+ for a coffee and a sandwich, and that’s without the extra charge of a milk alternative.. for a student like myself, the chances of making it to a 9am were getting slimmer and slimmer..

What’s more, I felt like I needed to cram 100s of vitamins and minerals in each morning just to stay half-awake through the day.

Until I stumbled upon Spacegoods and their Spacegoods discount code, GYMSG15, that gets you 15%

Who are Spacegoods

spacegoods

Calling themselves an “all-in-one mushroom blend to unlock your very best self”, I was intrigued— mushrooms?! To give me energy?! So I did my research. Made in the UK, founder Matt explains that he wanted to create something that would stop us ‘stacking supplements’, something more natural which could be enjoyed. So, he came up with something that would combine the adaptogenic power of mushrooms, caffeine, and vital daily supplements into one simple drink!

Before I decided to buy, I checked out the reviews, and I saw over 750 views at a rating of 4.9/5 stars. When I delved deeper, I found everyone was using the same word— ‘Life-changing’. From mums of 4 to men in their early 20s, everyone agreed that since finding Spacegoods, their daily routine had been improved for the better; they lost their brain-fog, improved concentration, and found they had more energy to make the most out of their day.

I first started by using the day-blend when I woke up in the morning and before I headed out to classes. For the first few days, I didn’t feel too much of a difference— I felt like I was experiencing what I normally would with a cup of coffee. However, after a week, I noticed that the blend was affecting me differently than my usual latte— I wasn’t experiencing an afternoon crash of energy, and I was being almost twice as productive with my time as I was finding it a lot easier to concentrate and not get distracted or bored.

The day blend contains 3 different kinds of mushrooms; lion’s mane, cordyceps and chaga, which serve to stimulate memory and focus, boost energy, and provide immune support respectively. Other key ingredients include Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea, which are highly effective in reducing stress and anxiety levels.

And Rainbow Dust does still contain 80mg of coffee, so for those caffeine addicts out there, don’t worry! It’s a perfect alternative to your daily cuppa.

Making a dust drink is even quicker than making a coffee though: simply scoop a serving into water, milk or protein powder, mix, and you’re ready to go!

Why I recommend Spacegoods

What really sold it to me was the price. A rainbow dust bag costs £49 and contains 30 servings— that’s around £1.64 a cup, which is soooo much cheaper than a coffee these days. I actually went for the ‘premium starter kit’ bundle, which gives you one dust pack, a travel mug, an electric whisk and scoop, and it cost me only £59!

I have recently started using the Honey+Ginger dust flavour before I head to bed. Whether it’s late-nights staring at a screen in the library, or getting in from the club at 3am, I struggle to maintain a decent sleep schedule, and getting to sleep sometimes feels impossible! The night blend of Reishi mushroom, L-Tryptophan and Chamomile is perfect for helping my body relax into a deep sleep so that I can feel fresh the next morning.

Honestly, I could not recommend Spacegoods’ dust blends enough! I feel like I’ve gone from an energy zombie to waking up feeling refreshed and energetic every morning, with no jitters or crashes throughout the day!
