Tommy Fury is looking fighting fit after 9 week transformation

Tommy Fury has shared the results of his 9-week body transformation on Insta ahead of his fight with KSI in a few days. The much-hyped fight is due to take place on October 14th and Tommy has clearly been putting in the hours at the gym to get in top fighting shape over the last few months.

His post showed before and after photos side-by-side which highlight the impressive amount of muscle that he’s packed on thanks to his tough training regime. 

Tommy posted the pictures with a caption that simply says, “A 9 week transformation… one thing about me, I don’t cut corners. Ever.” And he has clearly been doing the work necessary to get him to where he wants to be before getting into the ring with KSI.

The thing with Tommy is that he’s a pretty open guy, and he’s spoken in the past about his struggles with weight gain and his mental health, so you know he’s put his all into this period of training to transform his body in this way.

He’s also revealed that he plans on taking up bodybuilding when he wraps up his bodybuilding career, which will make fiance Molly-Mae happy. It’s no secret that, while she’s supportive of Tommy, she really doesn’t like him boxing and can’t watch when he’s in the ring.

She’ll still be cheering him on though, and we’ll be watching on the 14th to see if Tommy’s transformation over the last 9 weeks will help him secure a victory over KSI.
