UK Strongest Man & UK Strongest Woman 2023
Okay, you’ve got me, this isn’t a bodybuilding show, but if you’re into heavy weights and scarcely believable strength tests, then you simply can’t miss this one.
The UK’s strongest men and women will push themselves to their limits during a weekend of vein-splitting action at the Motorpoint Arena in Nottingham.
Following the Quarter Finals (Saturday, May 27) and Semi-Finals (Sunday, May 28), just 8 men will remain in the competition. Ahead of them are five bone-bending challenges designed to separate the best from the rest.
Plus, for the first time ever, catch the final event of UK’s Strongest Woman.
The show starts at 1pm and finishes at 5.30pm. Who knows, you could even see the heir to Eddie Hall’s throne in action.
PCA Universe Expo
The PCA Universe Expo is the first of three Pro shows to be hosted by the federation, with the British Finals and World Championships set to take place later this year.
It will welcome competitors who have earned their place by taking to the stage and impressing at various PCA shows since the turn of the year.
Boasting a £30,000 prize fund, all the action will unfold on Sunday, May 28 at the Coventry Building Society Arena. Tickets are priced at £27 each.
