This may be a surprising one on my list but it could definitely be the one you go for. At only £35 it’s the cheapest of all protein advent calendars but that doesn’t mean it’s not worth it. 24 doors, each with a different bar, this is your best bet for variety.
In this advent calendar you’ll find brands like; Clif, Misfits, Fulfil, USN, Barebells, and of course, many more. This calendar is no joke, with all the different brands here you can potentially find your favourite and shop from there in the future.
It’s definitely not the best branding of the bunch, MyProtein and Grenade will definitely look nicer on the kitchen table but if you aren’t bothered about aesthetics, I may be tempted to push you toward Holland and Barrett.
Barebells Advent Calendar
Barebells may tempt you with this brightly coloured box full of delicious protein bars and when you read that in this advent calendar are a couple of exclusive bars, not on sale yet, you may be tempted even more.
£45.90 and 24 bars make it a decent price and not the most expensive on my list. If you’ve never tried a Barebells bar before then I can tell you, you’re missing out; flavourful, well-textured, and more than enough for a post-workout snack.
Inside you’ll find best-selling flavours like white salty peanut and cookies and cream but as I mentioned before, limited-edition bars, exclusive to this calendar like the brand new rocky road bar. This could be a must-try.
Barebells will tell you… ‘This protein-crammed advent calendar is the perfect guilt-free alternative to a sugary chocolate one for those looking for a healthier December’ and they aren’t wrong, nutritionally these bars will help you to not bust the belt in December.
I can tell you I’m a big fan of Barebells protein bars and so would not turn my nose up at this if anyone fancies buying me a little gift…
