Rob Lipsett Reveals What He Eats In A Day To Stay Shredded

Have you ever wondered how Rob Lipsett maintains a summer body all year round? Granted, the grinning Irishman spends most of his days on the sun-kissed beaches of Marbella, where t-shirts are optional.

But his commitment to maintaining a chiselled physique is impressive nonetheless. Now, the influencer has given us a sneak peek into his strict regime by revealing the four meals that fuel his lifestyle. 

Meal One 

Lipsett’s first meal of the day consists of overnight oats, supercharged with GHOST’s whey protein powder, along with blueberries and Greek yoghurt, and washed down with a strong coffee.

Meal Two 

The Irishman’s second meal focuses on healthy volume: a mixing bowl-sized salad paired with 300g of chicken breast and three tacos.

Meal Three

Healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring, and Lipsett proves that without a doubt with his third meal of the day. BBQ steak and potatoes is a dish I think we can all get on board with. His trick for keeping the fat low is crisping the potatoes in the air fryer before adding them to the pan to finish.

Meal Four 

To cap off the day, something sweet, and it’s a stroke of pure genius from Lipsett. What do you get when you combine GHOST whey, a ‘cheeky’ Oreo, and a Ninja Creami? The answer: delicious high-protein ice cream.
