The Gymshark Conditioning Club Returns with Fresh Kit for the Hybrid Era
Gymshark’s famous motto is “We Do Gym.” But in recent months, the brand has been broadening its scope beyond the weights room.
The rise of running and hybrid training has been hard to ignore over the past year. Run clubs have very much been the flavour of 2025, while sports like HYROX are drawing in even the most musclebound gym bros.
Both have outgrown the TikTok “trend” label. They’re rewriting what modern fitness looks like.
And the latest Gymshark Conditioning Club drop is positioning itself as the apparel to match.
Here’s what you need to know — from when it’s landing to what’s included.
What is the Gymshark Conditioning Club?
The Gymshark Conditioning Club follows the same concept as the brand’s Lifting equivalent — a community activation designed to bring fans together through a shared love of all things DOMS-inducing.
Originally conceived and launched in London, the high-energy sessions went global earlier this year, landing in New York City and later Amsterdam.
Designed for all fitness levels, the weekly events are more focused on functional movement than shifting heavy weights.

Think cardio, HIIT, and plyometric-style sessions — the kind of prep you’d typically do for something like HYROX.
Much like the Lifting Club, the Conditioning Club also comes with its own dedicated clothing line.
The Lifting Club capsule received a refresh in May — and now it’s the Conditioning Club’s turn for some updated merch.
The Gymshark Conditioning Club Drop: What’s Included?
The latest Gymshark Conditioning Club collection looks like it belongs at a Sunday morning run club in the capital — the kind swiftly followed by a coffee and pastry at a quirky startup bakery.
It’s been billed as: “Lightweight kit for those who move fast and lift heavy. Because why choose when you were made for it all?”

Just as with the last few drops, Gymshark teased the release on Pinterest. Here’s what we know is coming:
- Loose-fit tanks in white, black, and a track-ready Athletic Blue
- Conditioning Club Track Jackets
- Oversized T-shirts with pink and black detailing
- Baggy hoodies in grey, black, and Athletic Blue
- Workout shorts and pants
- Relaxed, straight-leg trousers for post-training chill-outs
There’s also a T-shirt dropping in Onyx Grey — a fun crossover between Gymshark’s bodybuilding-focused cult compression line and this new athletic-leaning vibe.
When is it Dropping?
The Gymshark Lifting Club release was a nice bit of foreshadowing for this Conditioning Club follow-up.
Gymshark has been in recruitment mode of late, hoovering up some of the biggest names in bodybuilding and hybrid training as sponsored athletes.

HYROX Doubles world record holder Jake Williamson was among those captured — and he played a part in the announcement for this launch.
The updated Gymshark Conditioning Club line drops worldwide on Thursday, 31 July at 7pm BST.
It might not sell out as fast as Onyx, but it’ll likely still fly. This is collective momentum in motion, and Gymshark is following every stride.
