Swypes Sponsors Disney’s Hercules as Cast Trade Costumes for Football Kits

Swypes Takes Centre Stage for Disney’s Hercules FC

Swypes, the original “shower in a packet”, took centre stage as the official kit sponsor of Disney’s Hercules FC, where the cast swapped their underworld costumes for football jerseys.

The sweat-busting, adult-sized body wipes were in high demand as the production’s stars faced off against MJ the Musical on the hottest day of the year in June.

Eagle-eyed fans may have recognised a familiar face in Disney’s Hercules FC’s line-up.

Swypes co-founder Travis Kerry pulled on the black and white strip for the friendly match.

An actor and athlete by trade, Kerry is part of the ensemble for Disney’s Hercules UK production, which is set to dazzle audiences through March 2026.

While some dubbed it the “West End derby”, the clash was played in good spirits, with Swypes proudly displayed across the shirts.

“There’s only so long we could have that, ‘I really need a shower, but I don’t have one,’ feeling, which led us onto Swypes — something that’s portable, convenient and freshens you up on the go.

“Naturally, we saw an opportunity with this product in Travis’ industry — theatre and performing.

“But when we began thinking where else Swypes would be handy — festivals, travelling, camping, on the tube, after a gym sesh — we knew we were onto something… something big.”

Disney’s Hercules FC is just one of several high-profile partnerships unveiled by Swypes in recent weeks.

The body-wipe innovators have also been confirmed as the Official Hygiene Partner for London’s much-loved Friday Night Lights — a community-powered run that merges fitness with nightclub energy.
