Exclusive First Look at the Ryan Terry x Gymshark Board Shorts
Reigning Men’s Physique Olympia champion Ryan Terry has taken his bodybuilding legacy up a notch with the release of his very own board shorts.
The British star announced the muscle-hugging bottoms, designed in collaboration with Gymshark, to fans on social media this week.
Terry, who also has three Arnold Classic titles to his name, says the project has been a year in the making.
Marking the seminal drop in style, the Ryan Terry x Gymshark Board Shorts will be unveiled to a select few lucky fans at the Olympia Expo this coming weekend.
Gymshark is linking up with the brands under Chris Bumstead’s considerable lat spread — ESN, BUM Energy, and RAW Nutrition — for the biggest booth in expo history.
The Ryan Terry x Gymshark Board Shorts are one of several reasons plot 975 should be high on attendees’ itineraries.
“I can finally reveal what myself and Gymshark have been working on for the past 12 months,” said Terry.
“This project has been very close to my heart as Men’s Physique is not only my job, but also my passion.
“Board shorts are a key part of showcasing your physique on show day, and I wanted to create something very special with the industry’s best to make sure you look and feel 100% come show day.
“Ladies and gentlemen, Ryan Terry x Gymshark Board Shorts.”
Terry said a “small number” of units will be released at Gymshark’s booth in Blue & Black and Red & Black colourways.
The blue, in particular, looks to be an ode to the shorts worn by Terry when he scooped his first Men’s Physique Olympia title in 2023.
He confirmed he’ll be sporting the new bottoms when he steps on stage seeking a third consecutive Olympia win on Saturday night.
“I’m very proud to have partnered with Gymshark on this product and I’m 100% confident you will be too once you’re wearing them on stage,” Terry added.
“And yes, I will be wearing these for the Finals on Saturday night. Before you say anything, these shots were taken at the 8 weeks out mark, so not current shape or condition,” he joked.
For those not attending Olympia Weekend, the Ryan Terry x Gymshark Board Shorts will hit general release later this year.
Gymshark has also teased that it’ll be bringing back its fan-favourite Onyx line on Saturday, 11 October, at the world-famous expo.
