Best known for its delicious line-up of sodium and preservative-free sauces and salad toppers, the South American brand has been making serious moves in the high-protein snack space – and doing so with some authentically creative twists.
The better-for-you heavyweight reimagined the iconic South American alfajor as a protein-packed treat with the crumbly-yet-gooey Cookie’wich.
That joined a growing range of Taste Cookie Bars, with nostalgic flavours like Pistachio, Strawberry, and Caramel all making the cut.
But now, Mrs Taste is blurring the lines between sweet and savoury with a game-changing new drop: the Salted Garlic Bread Cookie Bar.

Yes, you read that right – a protein bar that tastes like garlic bread.
Topped with a cream cheese-flavoured protein coating, this bold new creation is the latest addition to the classic Taste Cookie Bar range.
Just like its sweeter siblings, this garlic-packed snack delivers 9g of protein, 21g of carbs (4.9g sugars), 15g of fat, and 247 calories per bar.
The ingredients list includes cheese, garlic, and onion powder to bring that familiar savoury flavour to life – plus authentic Brazilian staples like cassava flour for a local touch.
It’s not the leanest protein bar out there, but it’s a seriously fun curveball that breaks the boring bar mould in the best way possible.
