ZYN is America’s chosen champion, and a name many of you will be familiar with. Originally hailing from Sweden, the brand has become something of a cultural phenomenon in the States.
Designed to sit snugly between your lip and gum, these discreet pouches offer a smokeless swap for traditional nicotine products like cigarettes and vapes.
However, in many cases, people who weren’t even smokers have been hooked in by the ZYN appeal.
The memes have been numerous. “Double deckers” (two pouches in at once) are now a badge of honor, and announcing you’re “popping a ZYN” is the nicotine equivalent of shotgunning a beer.

Are BUM Energy Pouches Legit?
By all accounts, yes. The BUM Energy & Focus Pouches, to give them their full title, soft launched at the Olympia Expo in October last year.
Dom Iacovone, who owns the brand alongside Mr. Olympia legend Chris Bumstead and Matt Jansen, even posted a video of people sampling the pouches to his TikTok.
Iacovone said they were ready to “disrupt the whole industry” with the innovation, which features 30mg of caffeine and 125mg of the premium nootropic Cognizin in every pouch.
Those two ingredients mirror what you’ll find in a standard can of BUM Energy, albeit at much lower dosages.
One thing to note is that caffeine absorbs significantly faster through the gums, so while the incoming BUM Energy Pouches might be lighter in dose, they’ll kick in quicker.
What Flavors Are Launching?
The BUM Energy Pouches are thought to be dropping in Peppermint, Wintergreen, and Citrus. All three closely align with popular flavors of nicotine pouches such as ZYN.
However, the exact lineup has yet to be officially confirmed by the brand.
When Are They Going Live?
Again, we’re still waiting on an official date from BUM Energy. The pouches were teased at the Olympia, with Iacovone even showing his followers what the carton design will look like.
Spring 2026 has been touted as a potential release date. If that’s true, there’s not long to wait now.
