Athlete-Backed Rello Debuts With Creatine-Boosted Bars and Shakes

Rello has become the latest brand to capitalise on the on-the-go creatine craze – and its soon-to-launch range of shakes promises to solve two of the biggest frustrations with consuming the supplement.

Athlete-Backed Nutrition

Founded by brothers Tyler and Brett Sullivan – a CPG operator and a Colorado Rockies pitcher, respectively – athlete-backed Rello has launched a line of protein bars and shakes that embed creatine into easy-to-grab formats.

And, with a roster of professional investors including MLB players Jake Cronenworth, Rich Hill, and Adam Frazier, and NFL wide receiver Brandin Cooks, the products are already gaining on-field credibility.

Rello Bars: Everything You Need to Know

The bars, now available at Sprouts Farmers Market locations across America, come in Vanilla Crisp and Chocolate Crunch flavours.

Each serving delivers 20g of protein, collagen, grass-fed and grass-finished beef tallow, and 1.2g of creatine, alongside ingredients such as organic honey, almond butter, and chicory root fibre.

While that’s an impressive protein hit, the 1.2g of creatine comes below the recommended daily allowance of 3-5g – but it’s still an accessible option if you need a top-up.

Rello Shakes: Solving Two of the Biggest Creatine Challenges

Creatine has long been celebrated for its benefits: clinically proven and widely studied, it’s one of the few supplements that is known to have a positive effect on everyone, from sportspeople to the general public.

But let’s be honest – nobody actually enjoys having to force down gritty, chalky creatine powder.

And ready-to-drink options have scarcely been a thing before now. That’s because creatine degrades quickly when it’s mixed with liquid, making it nearly impossible to stock on a shop shelf.

But Rello claims to have cracked this with a patented creatine technology that maintains 80% solubility for up to 12 months.

The lactose-free shakes, launching in Q2 2026, will deliver a massive 30g of protein and 5g of creatine per serving and will be available in three different flavours: Vanilla, Chocolate, and Strawberry.

If these shakes truly have solved the non-stable, gritty creatine challenge and can deliver those stats in an easy-to-grab can, then this could be a very impressive product when it lands.
