The hotly anticipated BUM Energy Pouches have officially debuted in three flavours.
Peppermint, Wintergreen and Citrus lead the launch, offering a unique way for fans to enjoy the same energy and focus-fuelling ingredients found in the brand’s top-rated energy drink.

Introducing BUM Energy Pouches
The release spells the end of a long build-up campaign which started at the Olympia Expo last year.
Dom Iacovone, who owns the brand alongside Mr Olympia legend Chris Bumstead and Matt Jansen, posted a video of fans and athletes sampling the innovation.
Speaking at the time, he said BUM was ready to “disrupt the whole industry”. Judging by the initial reaction, he wasn’t far wrong.
BUM Energy Pouches mimic the style of nicotine pouches, which have become hugely popular over the last few years.
In some cases, people who weren’t even previously smokers have turned to the ‘lip pillows’ for help locking in.
BUM’s version, however, swaps out nicotine for 30mg of caffeine and 125mg of the premium nootropic Cognizin per “upper decky”.
Those two ingredients mirror what you’ll find in a standard can of BUM Energy, albeit at much lower doses.
While they aren’t as strong as the drink, the pouches can be popped in just about anywhere and rotated throughout the day.
Another thing worth noting is that caffeine absorbs significantly faster through the gums, so you can expect to feel an uplift fairly quickly after placing one between your lip and gum.

BUM Energy Pouches got an early release on TikTok Shop this week, and are scheduled to hit the online store on Friday, 27 March.
The brand hasn’t said whether they’ll be heading for retail, but this format feels perfect for convenience stores and petrol stations.
