A bona fide global fitness institution since the 80s, Les Mills is one of the oldest and most recognisable names in the industry, while HYROX is one of the newest.
Now, the two are partnering to bring science-backed exercise classes to gym-goers worldwide.
Les Mills Named Official Group Training Program Partner
The deal sees Les Mills named the Official Group Training Program Partner for HYROX, bringing together a combined network of more than 30,000 gym partners and 175,000 certified instructors and coaches across the globe.
At the centre of the collaboration are two new group training programs: Ceremony HYROX and Ceremony HYROX MAX.
Both are built on the foundation of Les Mills’ existing ‘Ceremony’ functional circuit format, blending the brand’s trademark music-driven, science-backed coaching with HYROX’s performance-focused training methodology.
Ceremony HYROX and Ceremony HYROX MAX
Ceremony HYROX is a 45-minute, instructor-led functional circuit accessible to all fitness levels, featuring eight exercise stations per class.
And Ceremony HYROX MAX steps things up, introducing a race-specific structure and progression for those prepping to compete in a HYROX competition.
Both classes will be available to gym operators as part of a preferential package that also includes HYROX affiliation and access to the full HYROX365 platform.
A Perfectly-Timed Partnership
From a branding perspective, this timing makes perfect sense for Les Mills. HYROX participation has grown 1,000% over the past five years, and it’s estimated that well over one million athletes will compete in events across the 2025/26 season.
Managing Director of Les Mills, Phillip Mills, described fitness racing as potentially “the biggest” club-based sport yet – a strong endorsement from one of the industry’s most experienced figures.
The offering is available to existing Les Mills partners, current HYROX Training Clubs, and facilities new to both brands.
