VOW Nutrition has served up two new ultra-convenient gummy supplements for its fanbase.
The brand, founded by champion bodybuilder Simon Stevens in 2019, already offers a selection of hard-sweet-style chews.
Now, in something of a double drop, it has diversified the range with both Creatine Gummies and the lesser-spotted Magnesium Gummies. Here’s what you need to know.
VOW Nutrition’s Creatine Gummies
Stepping into a booming category, VOW Nutrition’s Creatine Gummies offer a softer bite than its existing Creatine Chews.
Each serving delivers a potent 3,000mg of creatine monohydrate, scientifically proven to increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.

The serving size is set at a reasonable three pieces, meaning each gummy contains 1,000mg of creatine. Debuting in Sour Apple and Watermelon flavours, you can expect approximately 17 calories and 2.2g of sugar per gummy.
It’s a small trade-off for enjoying creatine in a format that’s not gritty or messy, as powders can often be.
Bags containing 20 servings are currently priced at £15, down from £19, and available direct via VOW’s online store.
VOW Nutrition’s Magnesium Gummies
Magnesium Gummies certainly aren’t uncommon, but you don’t see them all too often from brands that operate in VOW’s circle.
Landing in Strawberry and Tropical varieties, VOW Nutrition’s take features 300mg of magnesium and 1.4mg of vitamin B6 per two-gummy serving, contributing to normal muscle function, energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

As an added perk, Magnesium Gummies also support optimal electrolyte balance. Again, there’s a small amount of sugar per gummy and around 15 calories in every piece.
Priced at £15, you get slightly more bang for your buck at 30 portions per bag, thanks to the smaller serving size.
If you’re keen to sample both, VOW currently has a Gummy Bundle running at a limited-time promotional price of £23.99. Visit the brand’s website to shop.
