Stepping into a booming category, VOW Nutrition’s Creatine Gummies offer a softer bite than its existing Creatine Chews.
Each serving delivers a potent 3,000mg of creatine monohydrate, scientifically proven to increase physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise.
The serving size is set at a reasonable three pieces, meaning each gummy contains 1,000mg of creatine. Debuting in Sour Apple and Watermelon flavours, you can expect approximately 17 calories and 2.2g of sugar per gummy.

Landing in Strawberry and Tropical varieties, VOW Nutrition’s take features 300mg of magnesium and 1.4mg of vitamin B6 per two-gummy serving, contributing to normal muscle function, energy-yielding metabolism and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
As an added perk, Magnesium Gummies also support optimal electrolyte balance. Again, there’s a small amount of sugar per gummy and around 15 calories in every piece.
