Barebells UK has dropped its first gelato-inspired flavour of the year, just in time for the (hopefully) Great British Summer.
The new Strawberry Sundae Soft Bar is the latest addition to its popular Soft Bar range – a lineup that already includes fan favourites like Caramel Choco, Salted Peanut Caramel, and Banana Dream – and it might be the most indulgent yet.

Each bar is built around a gooey swirl of strawberry and vanilla dough, layered with a strawberry sauce drizzle and real strawberry chunks, all wrapped in silky smooth white chocolate.
The result is something that sits firmly in dessert territory, and tastes like the nostalgic strawberry sundae that we all know and love – just without the brain freeze.
However, the stats are anything but dessert-like. Each 55g bar delivers 16g of protein and just 2.4g of sugar, with no added sugar across the whole range. At 198 calories per bar, it’s a genuinely impressive nutritional profile.
And, if the rest of the Barebells line-up is anything to go by, we fully expect this latest addition to taste close to the real thing.
