Calfreezy Commits To The 75 Hard Challenge

Calfreezy is never one to shy away from a challenge, but in a recent video he’s revealed that he’s committing to the hardest one ever. 

That’s right, the popular YouTuber and member of The Sidemen is taking on the 75 Hard challenge in an attempt to push himself to his limits both mentally and physically.

Not heard of the 75 Hard Challenge before? Well let me tell you, it’s not for the faint of heart that’s for sure!

Created by Andy Frisella, the challenge is all about pushing your limits, and while the rules are simple they’ll test your commitment like never before.

The 5 rules are:

  • Do two 45-minute workouts every single day, one of which must be outdoors
  • Stick to a diet with no cheat meals and no alcohol
  • Drink a gallon of water a day (that’s around 3.8 liters)
  • Read 10 pages of a non-fiction book each day
  • Take a progress photo every day

In his video Calfreezy admits that the idea of not drinking any alcohol for 75 days is quite daunting, especially because he does like going out for a drink with his mates. And with several big social events on his calendar over the next few months it really will be a challenge for him to stick with the non-alcoholic drinks, but he’s determined to prove to himself that he can do it.

We’ve got every faith in the guy to stick this out and see it through to the end, but it’s definitely not going to be easy! If you want to follow along with Calfreezy’s progress he’s set up a team on the Whoop app where he’ll be tracking how the whole thing is going.
