I Tested the New Feel Pro Creatine Sachets – Here’s What I thought
Of all the supplements out there, creatine might be the most misunderstood – and arguably the most gatekept.
Between its muscle-heavy image and lingering “gym bro” stigma, women have been quietly pushed out of the conversation for years.
Add in persistent myths around bloating, hormone disruption, fertility concerns and unwanted bulk, and it’s no surprise so many of us have steered clear.
But here’s the irony: women often stand to gain the most.
We naturally store less creatine than men, and those levels decline further with age. Beyond its well-established role in supporting energy, performance and lean muscle, creatine has a lesser-known side that deserves far more attention.
As one of the most researched compounds in sports nutrition, studies show it can support bone density, muscle health, cognitive function and mental energy.
There’s also emerging evidence it may help with sleep quality and energy metabolism during hormonal changes – making it particularly relevant for women navigating perimenopause and menopause.
Put simply, creatine isn’t the problem, the way it’s been marketed is.
So why am I telling you all this?
Firstly, because as a personal trainer and online coach, I’m constantly banging the drum for women to rethink creatine.
And secondly, because Feel – a brand focused on female wellness – has just launched a new supplement designed specifically with women in mind.
Feel Pro Creatine debuts in convenient sachets and is enriched with Vitamin D3, B6 and K2.
I wouldn’t call myself a creatine connoisseur, but it’s been a staple in my routine for years – so there was no way I wasn’t going to put this new release to the test.
With that in mind, here’s my full Feel Pro Creatine review.
Unpacking Feel Pro Creatine
Before even mixing a sachet, there was a lot to like about this drop. The fact we (finally) have a creatine supplement designed exclusively for women is a win in itself, but this is far from a token gesture.
Each serving packs the full 5g clinical dose of creatine monohydrate, which isn’t as commonplace as you might expect.
Plenty of powders on the market are set at 3g a helping – still within the optimal range, though only just.
To maximise the benefits in every sachet, Feel Pro Creatine also features vitamin B6 to support your body’s own creatine production pathway, plus algae-sourced D3 and K2 for bone protection.

As an extra perk, it’s free from artificial sweeteners, colours and flavouring, and suitable for vegans.
How Feel has pitched this release has been equally refreshing. You can absolutely use it to progress in the gym, but if you’re just looking for a wellness boost, that’s fine too.
You don’t often see that messaging accompanying creatine supplements – it’s usually all about the muscle. Feel is clearly looking to help women view creatine through a different lens, and that shows up through the addition of three vitamins.
As always, Feel has nailed the branding. The aesthetics are on point, completing a very solid first impression.
My Experience Using Feel Pro Creatine
To give you the best oversight possible, I’m going to break my thoughts down into three simple scoops:
- Mixability
- Taste
- Value for Money
Let’s get started.
Mixability
If you’ve tried a creatine powder before, I don’t need to tell you that gritty textures and lingering residue are common headaches.
I usually mix creatine with a shaker or handheld whisk, because I simply cannot cope with the grinding feeling of granules between my teeth.
However, Feel recommends stirring the sachets, so that’s exactly what I did. You can imagine my shock when the powder dissolved almost instantly with just a few short swirls of a straw.

For anyone new to creatine, that’s almost unheard of. If you’re considering gummies or capsules because you can’t hack the consistency of powder, I’d urge you to try this first.
Combined with the single-serve sachets, it’s a dream to mix and super convenient if you’re on the move. I don’t know what magic they produced at Feel HQ, but whatever they did, it worked.
Taste
Feel Pro Creatine is currently available in just the one Lemon & Lime flavour. I’ll be completely honest – this was the section I was most nervous about, as I really didn’t want taste to let this formula down.
Genuinely? No notes. Like, none whatsoever. It’s a straight 10/10.
It’s sweet without being cloying, with just enough citrus to create a really refreshing profile. Some powders are “nice for a supplement”, this is just delicious, full stop.
If Feel stripped out the creatine tomorrow, I’d still buy the sachets for the taste alone.
Value for Money
The last stop on my Feel Pro Creatine review is value for money. Basically, is it priced fairly?
Boxes of 30 sachets cost £42.85 for a one-time purchase or £32.95 when subscribed to monthly deliveries.
It definitely sits at the pricier end of the spectrum if you don’t subscribe. That said, Feel’s sachets are up there with the best-tasting and most convenient creatine supplements I have ever mixed.
Factor in the added vitamins (at impressive dosages), and it still emphatically gets my seal of approval.
If you’re searching for a well-rounded supplement that puts women at the front of the queue, Feel Pro Creatine comes with my wholehearted recommendation.
