GHOST Sour Pink Lemonade Locked In as the Brand’s Fifth UK Energy Flavour for 2026
There’s a strong case to be made for GHOST Energy’s UK debut winning 2025’s moment of the year in the health and fitness space.
After a long, excruciating wait, fans finally got what they’d prayed for when a four-piece menu touched down on British shores in July.
Blue Raspberry, long-standing favourite Cherry Limeade, the signature OG, and Warheads Sour Watermelon were the flavours selected to lead the charge.
Their “feel-good energy” has been spreading like wildfire ever since, with retailers practically falling over one another to stock the iconic cans in their chillers.
Keeping the momentum rolling into 2026, GHOST is bolstering its UK line-up with a fifth flavour — and it’s a big one.
GHOST Sour Pink Lemonade is joining the brand’s UK takeover early in the New Year, it has been officially confirmed.
“A BIG milestone for GHOST® Energy in the UK,” wrote Kristian Lodwig, GHOST’s UK National Account Manager, in an announcement on LinkedIn.
“We’re excited to be launching Sour Pink Lemonade, our fifth flavour, arriving early next year and already a personal favourite.
“Seeing the fully EU-compliant cans rolling off the production line was a great moment and I’m looking forward to getting these out into the market for everyone to try.
“Huge thanks to the entire team who made this possible. An exciting year ahead for sure.”
Fans of the “world’s first lifestyle sports nutrition brand” will already be familiar with GHOST Sour Pink Lemonade.
The GHOST original flavour launched in the United States some two years ago, proving hugely popular thanks to its sour twist on a refreshing staple.
Like the currently available flavours, GHOST Sour Pink Lemonade will land in the UK with a slightly tweaked formula.
The 500ml cans feature 160mg of natural caffeine, 250mg of VitaCholine for focus, 1,000mg of Carnipure Carnitine, taurine, and 100% of four daily vitamins.
However, that now-iconic taste is expected to remain universal. There was even an Easter egg for the flavour’s introduction back in August, courtesy of World of Sweets.
The UK’s largest confectionery distributor included GHOST Sour Pink Lemonade alongside the four launch flavours in an announcement video.
At the time, it wasn’t clear whether that was a misstep or a hint at what was to come — but now we know the answer.
