GymNation is bringing a two-day HYROX competition to its Al Quoz HYROX Performance Centre on Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June — and it’s shaping up to be far more than just a race.
What to Expect From the GymNation HYROX Weekender
The event is an open competition across Singles and Doubles divisions, with a Heroes of Hope division and a Kids Division also on the cards.
Athletes will go head-to-head across five high-intensity AMRAPs combining running and functional fitness movements, from sled pushes and SkiErgs to assault bikes and wall balls.

More than 30,000 AED in cash prizes is up for grabs across five categories, making it a serious prospect for seasoned competitors.
However, the HYROX Weekender is open to all, meaning you can enter regardless of whether you’re a hardened hybrid rockstar or stepping up for the first time.
The HYROX Weekender Promises More Than Just Competition
GymNation is clearly keen to make the weekend about more than just the competition itself. Alongside the racing, attendees can expect live DJs, recovery zones, and a full line-up of activations across both days.
The high-energy schedule wraps up with a Podium Party on Sunday afternoon from 3pm. Registration for GymNation’s HYROX Weekender is now open via the brand’s website.
What’s the Deal with GymNation?
Founded in Dubai in 2017, GymNation quickly established itself as one of the biggest and fastest-growing gym groups in the Middle East, built on the belief that fitness should be accessible, affordable and fun for everyone – much like the HYROX Weekender itself.
