Inside Sam Sulek’s Incredible Home Gym

Sam Sulek has gone from filming laid-back training videos for YouTube to becoming one of the biggest names in bodybuilding.

The American bodybuilder built his following by taking fans through his workouts, diet, and day to day life, before earning his IFBB Pro Card in 2025. Since then, he’s made the jump to professional competition, while still regularly sharing the sort of training content that made him huge in the first place.

And now we’ve been given another look inside the place where a lot of that training happens.

Sam recently took viewers on an updated tour of his home gym, and calling it a home gym almost feels unfair when you see how much equipment he’s managed to squeeze inside.

Inside Sam Sulek’s home gym

The gym is around 3,000 square feet, and Sam Sulek has gradually worked out where everything belongs since moving into the space.

Unsurprisingly, there’s a serious amount of kit.

The chest area includes two Arsenal chest presses, including a converging press that Sam uses with more of an upper chest focus, alongside an Arsenal pec deck that he rates particularly highly.

Things get even more ridiculous when you reach what he calls the leg press dungeon. There’s a hack squat, sled leg press, and Rogers hip press, along with leg extension and leg curl machines. Arsenal equipment appears throughout the gym, although Sam has also brought in a few Hammer Strength pieces.

Then there are the dumbbells. Lots of them.

His current collection runs from 5lb all the way up to 150lb, although even that might not be enough for long. Sam says he wants to add 160lb dumbbells as his incline dumbbell press gets stronger, with 170s potentially joining them too.

More than just weights

The back area is packed with rows, pulldowns, a pullover machine, and cable stations, while there’s also a squat rack, Smith machine, preacher bench, and plenty of options for arms and shoulders.

Sam has even built an editing setup into the gym, so he can finish training, put his workout videos together, and then jump on his cardio bike while everything renders.

There’s a shower too, although Sam admits that could do with an upgrade. Air conditioning is even higher on the list after training through some seriously hot summers.

And despite already having more equipment than most commercial gyms, he’s still got ideas for improvements. A dip machine, bicep machine, and adductor machine are among the pieces he’d like to add next.

For now, though, Sam Sulek’s home gym looks more than capable of handling whatever workout he throws at it!
