Man Cereal officially landed on breakfast tables around six months ago with a ‘manned-up’ take on sugary kids’ boxes.
Salted Fudge, Fruity and Maple Bacon flavours led the way, backed by a high-protein, low-carb recipe enhanced with the inclusion of creatine.
The number of options has now grown to four with the launch of the brand’s “most requested” variety yet: Cinnamon. Here’s what you need to know.
Man Cereal Meets Cinnamon
Cinnamon appears to be a firm fan favourite among many functional breakfast brands, and Man Cereal is no exception.
The latest addition brings warm, lightly spiced notes to a line-up – and brand – that’s far from conventional.

Claiming to be the world’s first creatine cereal, each 35g serving packs 2.5g of the much-studied compound, alongside 16g of protein, 8g of fat, 4g of carbs and just 1g of total sugars.
The ingredients list is equally impressive: whey protein isolate and casein form the protein base, while monk fruit extract, coconut sugar, stevia and ground cinnamon are used for natural flavouring.
One notable omission for a breakfast cereal is the lack of fibre. That said, Man Cereal still boasts far more strengths than weaknesses.
Is Man Cereal Really Just For Men?
The name isn’t quite as literal as it sounds, as the brand explains: “We made Man Cereal with men in mind – high protein, creatine, no soy.
“Because most guys don’t get enough of what fuels strength and focus. But it’s not off-limits to anyone – women can (and do) eat it too. In fact, creatine has been shown to have even more benefits for women. It’s cereal for all mankind.”
If you want to grab a box (regardless of gender), the new flavour is available directly through Man Cereal’s website. Prices start at $19.99 for a six-serving container, with better value available the more you buy.
