Myprotein’s approach is pretty much exactly what it says on the tin. Fans can expect 20g of lean, fast-absorbing and complete protein per serving, courtesy of hydrolysed whey protein isolate.
That’s joined by an optimal 5g dose of creatine monohydrate, streamlining a once two-step routine into one powerhouse supplement.
