Quaker has launched a new Protein Granola range, building on the success of its fast-growing Protein Porridge line.
Designed for shoppers seeking a healthier, more functional breakfast without sacrificing flavour, Quaker Protein Granola pairs wholegrain oats with a serious protein hit.
What Flavours Are Available?
There are two flavours to choose from: fruity and refreshing Mango & Passionfruit, or rich Chocolate Brownie with Salted Caramel.
The Mango & Passionfruit variant is packed with real dried mango and passionfruit pieces for a tropical crunch, while Chocolate Brownie with Salted Caramel leans into a more indulgent, dessert-inspired flavour profile. It features chewy brownie pieces and salted caramel white chocolate buttons running through the clusters.
Both are made with 100% wholegrain oat flakes and wheat, and are high in fibre; they’re built to work as a proper breakfast rather than just a treat. Quaker suggests eating them with milk or yoghurt, or straight from the pack as a snack.
Quaker Protein Granola: The Key Stats
Mango & Passionfruit is the higher-protein option of the two, delivering 22g per 100g, with a 45g serving coming in at 182 calories, 7g of fat, 2.4g of sugars and 0.09g of salt.
And Chocolate Brownie with Salted Caramel offers 21g of protein per 100g, with a 45g serving returning 187 calories, 7.6g of fat, 3.2g of sugars and 0.1g of salt.
So that means if you stick to the 45g serving recommendations, you’ll start your day off with nearly 10g of protein. They’re not perfect protein stats for upwards of 180 calories, but for a breakfast cereal, it could be a lot worse.
Where to Buy Quaker Protein Granola
Quaker Protein Granola is available to buy both online and in store at Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Morrisons. Each 400g pack carries an RRP of £3.75.
