Sam Sulek Gymshark Partnership Announced in Iconic Viral Video With Chris Bumstead and David Laid
Gymshark has completed the holy trinity of men’s lifting with the signing of IFBB Pro bodybuilder and internet sensation, Sam Sulek.
Sulek was joined by David Laid and six-time Mr. Olympia champion Chris Bumstead for a legendary announcement video.
The stacked squad is now being called the trifecta and has been hailed by fans as the greatest collab of modern bodybuilding.

Sam Sulek teased the news with an Instagram post simply captioned, “Announcement 7.21.25.”
When the big day rolled around, he released the full clip, sending fans into overdrive.
“So, gym brand-wise, clothing — there’s only one group, one company that actually kind of fits,” he said.
“For those curious, it’s Gymshark. And we got the frickin’ trifecta.”
Just as he dropped the details, Bumstead and Laid both appeared on screen, decked out in Gymshark merch.
The video then cut to a training montage of the trio smashing a huge back day and finishing with a few sets of arm wrestling.
Sulek is another mammoth capture for Gymshark, who are hoovering up the best in the business.

Sulek gained his IFBB Pro Card earlier this year, finishing top of the tree in the Classic Physique division at the 2025 Arnold Amateur event.
