Pip & Nut Protein Bars: Flavours, Nutrition & What to Expect
Nut butter specialist Pip & Nut has expanded its snack offering with the launch of three delicious protein bars.
The wholesome giant already boasts a range of nut-filled bites that supplement its core butters and spreads, including Stuffed Oat Bars and Nut Butter Cups.
Now, it’s turned the function up a notch with a trio of plant-powered protein treats.
Pip & Nut Protein Bars debut in three flavours: Peanut Butter, Dark Chocolate Peanut, and Caramel Almond.
Each one features 10g of protein, sourced from peanuts, almonds, nut butters, and soya protein crispies.
Texturally, Pip & Nut has spoiled fans with a flapjack-style oat base laced with nut pieces and seeds, topped with a gooey layer and, you guessed it, more nuts.

The all-natural brand has stuck to its ethos of only using real ingredients. The sweetening system combines rice, date, and agave syrups, while the chocolate variety features a dark chocolate topping.
Fat content is slightly higher than your standard protein bar at 12–14g, but considering most of that comes from the nuts, it’s really nothing to raise an eyebrow.
Due to the absence of artificial sweeteners, the sugar is also marginally higher — sitting at 9–10g, depending on the flavour.
Pip & Nut Protein Bars don’t slot into the same category as the likes of Grenade or Barebells. They’re closer in profile to TREK bars, offering on-the-go fuel with a healthy protein kick.
Expect to see them in the hands of runners and hikers rather than your typical iron-pumpers. Either way, as a better-for-you snack option combining smart energy sources, these are a great addition to an ever-growing category.
All three varieties of Pip & Nut Protein Bars are already available via the brand’s website. Boxes of 15 cost £24.95 for a one-time buy, or £19.96 with a subscription.
Given Pip & Nut’s stature as a mainstream staple, don’t be surprised if they hit retail in the very near future.
