Newcomer FEM. Drops Unique Nutrition Bars Designed to Support Women Through Their Menstrual Cycles
FEM. Collective, a brand dedicated to women’s functional nutrition, has launched its debut nutrition bars, designed solely to support women throughout their menstrual cycle.
Created by founders Sam Brown Light and PhD student Jade Scott (the latter of whom you’ll almost certainly recognise from the most recent series of The Traitors), the bars contain a scientifically-backed blend of micronutrients which FEM. Collective say will help encourage a calmer mood and reduce energy crashes, bloating, and period pain.
A Bold Range of Flavours
From tangy, fruity flavours to rich and decadent chocolate options, you can choose from Blueberry Lemon, Raspberry, Chocolate, and Salted Caramel FEM. bars.
Bundles are automatically made up of a blend of each, but if you have a preference, you can select what flavours you’d prefer during the checkout process.

Sam and Jade have also hinted that there’ll be some limited edition flavours coming later down the line.
As the main ingredients in each bar are dates and seeds, the duo describe the flavour as “soft” with a “subtle crunch throughout”.
What Are the Key Stats?
Each FEM. bar is packed with Magnesium, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Folate, Vitamin D, Omega-3 (ALA), fibre, and added creatine, and has a calorie content of 131-134, depending on the flavour.
How Much Can I expect to Spend?
At full price, a 15-day trial supply of FEM. bars comes in at £29.50, while a 30-day pack to see you through your whole cycle will set you back £49.50, so they certainly sit at the higher end of the pricing scale for nutrition bars.
However, it’s worth noting that FEM. isn’t your typical nutrition bar. Alongside targeted benefits, each bite promises to fund key research into women’s health, plugging the gaps left by decades of underrepresentation.
