As they say, change is the only constant thing, and this is evident in the life of Dana White. Two years ago, Gary Brecka, a human Biologist and Biohacker told him he had about 10.5 years more to live, but despite not being sure, he decided to go through a transformation.

Today, at 54, Dana White has successfully tailored his workout routines in different ways and now he claims to be in the best shape of his life.

About two months ago, Jesse West, a fitness influencer, bodybuilder, and Youtuber with close to five million subscribers, got interested in White’s workout routine and decided to walk through it.

Not only did Dana White walk him through his weight training sessions, but he also revealed the Superman protocol that saved his life. This protocol involves the following

After cold plunging for two years, Dana admitted to being addicted to it and can’t imagine his life without it. After the workout, he took Jesse into his cold-plunge tub and they both plunged at 50 degrees for three minutes. According to him, cold plunging helps rejuvenate the body and also removes inflammation.

The last step of his routine is the oxygen therapy. In Dana’s words, the presence of oxygen is the absence of diseases. He also mentioned that he hasn’t been sick for the past two years.

On the YouTube video, Dana White gave a breakdown of his weekly activities with Thursdays and Fridays being off days.

For Dana, a successful life is determined by happiness and not money. Living a quality life is more important to him than how long he lives.
