Teenage bodybuilder George Lifts joins Elite Sports Nutrition (ESN)
Teenage bodybuilder George Holland – known online as George Lifts – is in great company as he joins ESN’s impressive roster of sponsored athletes.
The 14-year-old English schoolkid now lines up alongside the likes of double Arnold champ Wesley Vissers and Mr Olympia Classic Physique placer Urs Kalecinski on the brand’s growing list of ambassadors.
In a social media post released to his (almost) 90k TikTok followers, George said that he has “been using [ESN] products for a while”“and that he’s been “blown away with the quality and how amazing they taste.”
Who is George Lifts?
George Lifts is a young British bodybuilder and fitness influencer.
Hailing from North East England, George began training seriously around the age of 11. Over the past few years, he’s dedicated himself to gym routines and disciplined nutrition, quickly gaining attention online.
His hard work and dedication are already leading to results: in 2025, he placed third at the NABBA National Bodybuilding Championship in the UK.
