Four Reasons to Get Hyped: GHOST Energy UK’s Debut Flavours Are Here
Summer 2025 will go down in the history books as the season GHOST Energy officially launched in the UK.
Fans have long looked longingly across the pond while the legendary lifestyle competitor built an iconic legacy Stateside.
From epic flavour collabs to festival tours and partnerships with America’s biggest sports teams, UK supporters have had plenty to envy.
In just a matter of weeks, all that will change. GHOST recently confirmed the rumours: its caffeinated arm is heading to Blighty for a summer drop.
Head of UK Sales, Jon Hutchinson, earmarked June as the month for flavour reveals, an official launch date, and news on where it’ll be stocked.
While some of that info is still under wraps, we now know the four flavours that will spearhead GHOST Energy UK.
Here’s what you need to know.
GHOST Energy UK: The Flavour Reveal
The four-piece menu includes two tried-and-tested fan favourites, one authentic collaboration, and one variety you won’t find in America.
Here’s how the OG GHOST Energy UK squad shapes up:
- Warheads Sour Watermelon — GHOST’s link-up with American candy brand Warheads has spawned a trio of crossover flavours in its energy and supplement lines. Sour Watermelon is exactly as described — a super-sour, mouth-smacking hit that brings a slice of GHOST’s iconic collabs to UK shelves.
- Blue Raspberry — Previously exclusive to Australia, this GHOST original comes to the UK without a collaboration, but with plenty of hype.
- Cherry Limeade — Another GHOST original, Cherry Limeade leans more sweet than sour and is already a fan favourite in the US.
- Original — Last but by no means least, the OG. Once reserved for bars, events, and festivals, it’s now available for all. Expect a juicy blend that’s smooth, fruity, and rounded out with subtle notes of bubblegum.
This is likely just the beginning. The appetite for GHOST Energy UK is huge, and there’s little doubt more flavours will follow in the months ahead.

The inclusion of Warheads Sour Watermelon leaves Sour Black Cherry and Sour Green Apple still in GHOST’s back pocket — not to mention a host of original flavours that could drop at any time.
And don’t be surprised if GHOST looks to make a statement with British collabs, as they’ve famously done in the US.
Will GHOST Energy UK Have a Different Formula?
Yes — due to UK regulations, the caffeine content has been dialled back slightly. Each can of GHOST Energy UK will pack 150mg of caffeine, rather than the US-standard 200mg.
Still plenty to fuel your workout — or power you through the afternoon slump.
When Is GHOST Energy UK Launching?
The official launch date hasn’t been confirmed yet, but expect to see it in fridges this month or next.
Where Will It Be Stocked?
We’re still waiting for confirmation, but given the brand’s power and pre-existing distribution partners, don’t be surprised if it lands in major retailers straight out of the gate.
Based on early noise, getting your hands on a can shouldn’t be a struggle.
