The days of sad sandwiches and bland tubs of chicken and rice are over. That’s because Gold Standard Nutrition, often known as GSN, has just released a concept that looks set to change work lunches for good.
The popular healthy frozen food brand has today announced GSN To Go, a smart frozen vending solution designed to bring its meals and wraps into offices up and down the nation.
Powered by Boost Inc, an unattended retail technology specialist, the vending machines provide 24/7 access to protein-packed nutrition.
GSN, which has served up over 10 million meals to customers, boasts dedicated freezers in several retailers, alongside residencies in popular fitness chains such as Everlast Gyms.
GSN To Go, however, extends the brand’s reach into a completely new sector – one that’s relatively untapped.
With consumers craving healthier options yet citing convenience as a barrier, this launch could fuel GSN towards its next 10 million meal milestone.
How Does GSN To Go Work?
GSN To Go is targeting busy teams, shift workers, and modern environments that want “one of the most efficient workplace catering solutions in the UK.”
For business owners, it will also remove the cost or complexity of running a traditional canteen, says the brand.
As a fully managed service, GSN To Go promises around-the-clock access to over 40 meals and wraps, with more than 16 available on-site at any time.

Much like a traditional vending machine, users select their meal from the touchscreen, pay, and then head straight to the microwave to heat it through.
However, as all meals are frozen, the potential for food waste is completely removed.
“We’ve spent over a decade helping people stay consistent with their nutrition, and now we’re making it even easier for businesses to do the same,” GSN wrote in an announcement.
“If you’re looking to upgrade your food offering or explore partnership opportunities, we’d love to connect.”
