Khloé Kardashian Announces Khloud — a Guilt-Free Popcorn with 7g of Protein per Serving
If you haven’t been keeping up with the Kardashians, you might’ve missed that Khloé is launching her very own protein popcorn brand.
Sure, the reality star stepping into the healthy snacking space might not have been on your 2025 Bingo card – but in hindsight, the signs have been there for a while.
Back in December, the 40-year-old and her momager, Kris Jenner, set out to raise around $10 million for a startup called Khloud.
Unsurprisingly, the world-famous duo surpassed that target with help from Jessica Bixby of K5 Global, alongside investors including Serena Ventures, William Morris Endeavor (WME), and Shrug Capital.
What Is Khloud?
Khloud is being positioned as a better-for-you brand in the healthy snacking space. Khloé’s debut product – protein popcorn – ditches seed oils and packs in three times the protein of your standard cinema snack.
The popcorn comes in three flavors: Olive Oil & Sea Salt, Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn, and White Cheddar. All are non-GMO, gluten-free, kosher, and deliver 7 grams of protein per serving.
The secret behind the protein punch is a little something Khloé calls Khloud Dust – a powdered blend of milk proteins and seasonings.
Where Can You Buy Khloud Popcorn?
Khloé’s high-protein popcorn officially lands online and in-store at Target from April 29, with more national retailers set to join the popcorn party soon.
But for Khloud, popcorn is just the start of a Kardashian-led takeover.
“We’re starting with popcorn, but that’s just the beginning,” Kardashian told TechCrunch. “We plan to expand into other snacking categories across the store – there’s so much room to reimagine everyday snacks.”
Protein popcorn isn’t exactly new – but with 303 million followers on Instagram alone, Khloé is a dead cert to turn this better-for-you bite into a blockbuster hit.
