Liquid I.V. was an early adopter of the now-booming electrolyte movement, arguably playing a major role in popularising the category with its flagship Hydration Multiplier.
Over the years, the brand has kept momentum rolling with waves of new and innovative flavours, including the fan-favourite Popsicle Firecracker.
The next big hit looks to have landed, as Liquid I.V. has just announced a sugar-free Ring Pop Cherry variety.
Inspired by the wearable candy of our youth, the launch mixes a solid serving of electrolytes and vitamins with generous helpings of nostalgia. Here’s what you need to know.
Liquid I.V.’s Spin on Ring Pop Cherry
Ring Pop Cherry joins the Hydration Multiplier line-up – a blend powered by the brand’s LIV HYDRASCIENCE™ formula.
Rather than the customary candy diamond, it comes in rip-and-mix sachets promising three times the electrolytes of the leading sports drink.

Per stick, you can expect 500mg of sodium and 370mg of potassium, alongside a cluster of essential vitamins and nutrients, plus a proprietary amino acid allulose blend.
Allulose – a rare, naturally occurring sweetener – is paired with stevia and natural flavours to deliver an authentic Ring Pop Cherry experience, minus the sugar or artificial extras.
Where to Shop Liquid I.V.’s Ring Pop Cherry Electrolytes
Ring Pop Cherry is currently only available in the sugar-free Hydration Multiplier. Prices start at $21.84 for a one-off purchase of 14 sticks, with better value available via subscription.
With summer fast approaching, expect this flavour to fly as fans look to fill their water bottles with electrolytes that carry a strong sentimental pull. Head to Liquid I.V.’s website to stock up.
