New fourfive Creatine Hybrids Merge Gym and Everyday Performance
Creatine has steadily been going through a rebrand of late. Once aligned almost exclusively with “gym bros”, an increasing number of supplement makers are moving to highlight its broader benefits.
Indeed, that seems to be the case in fourfive’s latest release. The quality-first operator, founded by ex-professional rugby players Dom Day and George Kruis, has just dropped two new creatine hybrids, each targeting different areas of daily performance.
fourfive’s slogan for the release is “creatine rethought.”
While the strength benefits of supplementing creatine are undeniable — and absolutely not something fourfive is shying away from in this drop — it has dialled in magnesium and electrolytes to widen the powders’ scope.
“One formula for clarity and steady strength. One for sustained output and performance,” it wrote in an announcement.
“Same foundation. Different intent.”
Creatine & Magnesium debuts in a refreshing Lemon flavour, while Creatine & Electrolytes joins the roster in an unflavoured Coconut Water Powder.

The former packs 5g of creatine monohydrate per serving — the top end of the recommended 3–5g daily dose — plus 1,250mg of Magnesium Bisglycinate.
As something of a performance and recovery all-rounder, the combination blends the strength and newly celebrated focus benefits of creatine with the relaxing, sleep-inducing properties of magnesium.
Creatine & Electrolytes, meanwhile, delivers the same amount of the highly researched compound per scoop (5g), along with five electrolytes and coconut water.
Both variations of fourfive creatine offer a nice harmony and tap into two trending wellness categories: focus and hydration.
The formulas still play in the sports nutrition space, while supporting the everyday moments in between. That’s something Kruis says reflects his and Day’s journey from the rugby field to the boardroom.
“Dominic Day and I have spent over 25 years combined playing professional sport at the highest level and Creatine has been a huge part of that journey,” he wrote on LinkedIn.
“As we have moved from ‘Locker Room to Boardroom’ we have become obsessed with products that can support that journey.
“Simply… if you are a person who cares about your body and training but also wants to show up in work then these are perfect for you.”
The new fourfive creatine powders come in 30-serving pouches and are free from artificial sweeteners, fillers, binders, sugar, dairy, and synthetic colours. Prices start at £19.60 on subscription. Visit fourfive’s website to stock up.
