The Barebells Advent Calendar Returns for 2025’s Festive Countdown

Barebells Advent Calendar Launches With Early Access

Three fitness-themed advent calendars rule the roost in the UK: Myprotein, Grenade, and Barebells.

Almost in harmony, all three have returned way ahead of the traditional Christmas countdown.

Myprotein got the jump on its competitors by launching an eclectic mix of protein snacks, supplements, and accessories for pre-sale.

Orders have already started trickling out to fans, despite December still being a good two months away.

Grenade joined in with the festivities earlier this week, revealing that its annual offering will feature 24 full-size portions of its top-rated protein bar.

Now, it’s Barebells’ moment to spread some early Christmas cheer. The Swedish giant has rolled out a few calendars over the years, and 2025’s version looks right up there with the best of them.

Here’s a sneak peek at what’s inside — and how to get your hands on one.

Barebells Advent Calendar: Ho, Ho, Holy Protein

The Barebells Advent Calendar features 24 doors, each hiding a full-size protein bar. The bars are a mix of the signature and soft varieties in an assortment of fan-favourite flavours, including Creamy Crisp, Peanut Caramel, Coco Choco, and Cookies & Cream.

Barebells’ signature bar packs 20g of protein, while its soft cousin delivers a lower — yet still respectable — 16g, plus plenty of gooey indulgence.

This year’s Barebells Advent Calendar also promises flavours that aren’t currently available in the UK, raising the stakes for securing one before they inevitably sell out.

Early-access sign-up has dropped, so be sure to register your name on Santa’s nice list. If you do miss out — don’t panic.

Barebells is giving away 55 advent calendars to lucky fans who enter a sweepstake. To be in with a chance of winning:

  • Buy a Barebells protein bar from the likes of Co-op, Tesco, Asda, or Sainsbury’s
  • Scan the QR code on the artwork
  • Complete the online form and cross your fingers

The competition ends on 24 November, giving Barebells plenty of time to deliver prizes ahead of 1 December.

Unfortunately, we don’t yet know how much the Barebells Advent Calendar costs. However, they almost always work out as solid value per bar.
