Barebells is bringing the beach vibes to your protein bar stash.
The Swedish brand’s cult-favourite Sunny Smoothie Soft Bar is making its long-awaited US debut, landing exclusively at The Vitamin Shoppe.
Barebells Sunny Smoothie isn’t entirely new. The bar made its first appearance last summer as a limited run, available exclusively in Sweden and Finland. It quickly built a following, but until now, US customers have had to sit it out.
What is the Barebells Sunny Smoothie Bar?
For the uninitiated, Sunny Smoothie is part of Barebells’ hugely popular Soft Bar range: a protein bar line that’s won fans worldwide thanks to its genuinely indulgent texture and flavours that you’d likely associate with desserts and sweet treats.
Sunny Smoothie leans fully into tropical territory, with a soft fruity core, an exotic cream filling, and a silky white chocolate coating – akin to something you’d snack on poolside (probably with a cocktail in the other hand).
The stats aren’t bad either: 16g of protein per bar, no added sugar, and just 200 calories per serving.
Where can you buy the Barebells Sunny Smoothier Bar?
Right now, Barebells Sunny Smoothie is available exclusively at The Vitamin Shoppe, both online and in stores nationwide. A box of 12 bars will set you back $29.99, working out at $2.49 per bar.
If you’re heading out to buy a box in person, Barebells recommends calling your local store ahead of time to check stock availability: they expect these to fly off the shelves.
