Shreddy Superwoman Targets PCOS Symptoms With Multi-Ingredient Formula
The true number of women suffering from polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) in the UK is unknown.
However, it’s thought to affect at least 1 in 10 women at some point in their lives. Influencer and entrepreneur Grace Beverley can be counted among them.
The 28-year-old has been fully transparent throughout her journey navigating the condition’s many symptoms, which include acne, thinning head hair, excessive hair growth, weight gain, difficulty getting pregnant, and irregular or completely missed periods.
There’s no cure for PCOS, and doctors still don’t know exactly what causes it in the first place.
Even getting a clear diagnosis is a struggle for many women, who feel helpless against the attack from their own bodies.
There are ways to manage the symptoms, and Beverley spent years researching, trialling, and tweaking regimes that would help her do just that.
Now, she’s combined all that knowledge in one impressively-dosed formula ready to fight hormonal havoc head-on: Shreddy Superwoman.
“I think this might be the most personal investment into a product I’ve ever made,” she wrote to fans on Instagram.
Less than two years ago, Beverley admitted her hormones were still very much running the show.
“I wanted to do something to help my symptoms for good,” she added. “Lots of you know this because I very publicly shared every step I took.
“I spoke to experts, changed my food, fixed my stress, hit my steps, and took every supplement that actually had evidence behind it for fertility, normal testosterone levels, metabolism, all the things.

“Gradually I started to see results with my new routine. My skin cleared, I wasn’t getting such bad brain fog every day, and most importantly I started ovulating again which is too much information but felt like a miracle lol.”
Despite the upturn in health, Beverley said she was spending hundreds every month on various supplements, taking eight pills twice a day and feeling like a “human maraca”.
“So I started a little passion project, no timeline, just a ‘can we do this.’
“Could we take all the ingredients that I was supplementing and turn them into one drink that tasted nice?
“We went through so many batches. And now it’s finally here and ready to replace over £100 of supplements every month.”
Shreddy Superwoman officially launched on Thursday, 20th November, bringing together eight ingredients in one empowering sip:
- Myo-Inositol (4,000mg)
- CoQ10 (100mg)
- NAC (600mg)
- Folate (200μg)
- Selenium (55μg)
- Chromium (40μg)
- Zinc (2.5mg)
- Vitamin D (5.0μg)
Though it’s rooted in Beverley’s own experience with PCOS, Shreddy Superwoman can be taken by anyone seeking a daily women’s wellness supplement.
Steeped in science and optimally dosed, the blend promises to support normal reproduction and fertility, blood glucose levels, testosterone levels, carbohydrate metabolism, and hair and skin health.
It debuts in an Apple & Blackcurrant flavour that’s free from added sugar, artificial sweeteners, fully vegan, and “tastes like squash”.
Transparent as ever, Beverley isn’t promising fellow women a magical elixir that’ll cure all their problems.
Instead, she sees Shreddy Superwoman as a culmination of all her research, shared with others in the hope it’ll provide a similarly beneficial impact, while saving them some hard-earned cash.

“I also wanna make it very clear that this is a supplement made up of ingredients that have personally helped me, everyone’s journey is different and I’d urge you to find out what works for you,” she concluded.
“The intention behind creating this with the team we did was to provide more options for women like me, particularly more cost effective multi-ingredient options for people who want women’s wellness supplements.
“It’s important to note there is no cure to PCOS and this is not intended to be one, this is just intended to create a multi-ingredient solution for anyone who wants to take these supplements daily.”
Shreddy Superwoman is available in 30-serving pouches priced at £34, direct from Shreddy’s website.
