Grenade Creme Egg Finally Confirmed as Limited-Edition Drop Running Until April 2026
Grenade, the UK’s favourite protein bar brand, has once again shown why it sits on the throne of functional snacking.
After weeks of teasers, the sports nutrition heavyweight today announced the release of a new Soft Core range, spearheaded by a category-first Creme Egg collaboration.
Debuting on Monday, 24th November and available until April 2026, Grenade Creme Egg features over 13g of protein, just 2g of sugar, and can proudly proclaim to be non-HFSS.
Described as Grenade’s “most indulgent offering yet”, the fresh format comes in a smaller, 45g grab-and-go serving, complete with light, fluffy protein dough, a decadent signature yolk-coloured Creme Egg flavoured filling, and a delicious smooth milk chocolate coating.
“Grenade is breaking new ground with the first ever official Creme Egg flavoured protein product,” said Rachel Austerberry, Grenade’s UK Retail Sales Director.

“Our new Soft Core range is an innovative addition to our offering sure to drive consumer interest and recruit new consumers to the category, thanks to its more indulgent texture and taste.”
Grenade Creme Egg arrives via a major partnership with confectionery juggernaut Cadbury. The group’s soft-centred treat is a seasonal favourite in the UK, often only available between New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday.
Ideal as a post-gym perk, the Grenade Creme Egg bar joins the brand’s 14-strong line-up which are all high in protein, low in sugar, and less than 250 calories each.
Buoyed by a tantalising new texture, it’s unquestionably Grenade’s most celebrated release since it debuted the OREO crossover — now a firm fan favourite.
The limited-edition Grenade Creme Egg bar will land on Grenade.com first, before rolling out across grocery and convenience channels from December.
