Sweaty Pits, Beware: Wild Has Launched a Refillable Antiperspirant With 72 Hours of Sweat Protection
There have been several major milestones for eco deodorant maker Wild to celebrate over the years.
From diverting a staggering 80 tonnes of throwaway deodorants from landfill to planting north of 1.4 million trees through its partnership with On A Mission, the brand’s refillable ethos has made sustainability smell very sweet indeed.
But its latest product release might be cause for the biggest party yet. Announced this week, Wild has engineered its first ever refillable antiperspirant, dialling in even more sweat protection for the movers among its fanbase.
“Introducing refillable antiperspirant from Wild,” the brand wrote on social media.
“Since the dawn of time (aka 2019) over five million people have made the switch to Wild.
“But some people don’t use Wild every day (too sweaty). And many more have never used Wild (they don’t believe it’ll work).
“That is… until now. We’ve listened. And that’s why we’re excited to announce Wild Antiperspirant.
“It’s the same Wild, it’s just a little drier and delivers 72-hour odour protection.”
Debuting in six scents, including Fresh Cotton & Sea Salt, Amber & Oud, and the familiar Cherry Blossom, Wild’s refillable antiperspirant comes in the signature roll-on format its customers will already be well acquainted with.
Promising an invisible finish, the brand says it’s crafted from 90% natural, skin-loving ingredients, with patented anti-sweat technology used to keep antiperspirant actives to a minimum.
That signals only a 5% decrease in natural ingredients from its original roll-ons, which offer shorter 24-hour odour protection.
“It’s still the Wild you know and love: refillable cases, compostable material refills, kind to skin, sensational scents,” the announcement continued.
“And this new formula is fast drying and smooth feeling – with no white marks.
“So, this one’s for the sweatier occasions: first dates, job interviews, summer months, cup finals, fajita nights. Now you can pick your protection depending on the occasion.
“Because after all, different days need different deos. But every day needs Wild.”
Wild’s refillable antiperspirant is vegan, Leaping Bunny certified, and dermatologically approved, staying true to its gentle guarantees.
The innovation is available direct from the brand’s website, with prices starting at £13.19 for a pack including a case and refills.
